Experience & Background

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 30 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families. For the last 20+ years, I have been proud to serve the community here in Prescott, Arizona.

It is an honor and a blessing to serve others in such a meaningful capacity. I am grateful to be able to provide counseling to people who are struggling with difficult issues and often feel discouraged, or even hopeless, about themselves and their relationships.

My Philosophy

I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and change. My approach is compassionate, direct, and solution-focused. I strive to help my clients get "unstuck," improve their self-esteem, and experience more satisfaction and joy in their daily lives.
